I should put 4 stars, because as I indicated by email to the address given I expected a minimum of packaging, however the immediate and extremely courteous replies and the call received in response to my comment lead me to give 5 stars. Francesco is a young craftsman with excellent products, the few difficulties he encountered are related to things that have little to do with his work, I am sure that shortly with a little online experience everything will be perfect. Kudos for his ability to meet the customer's needs.
